Counter-Notification

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located.

Repeat Infringers

PornJack reserves the right to terminate access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
